Ground Floor:

• Open plan kitchen/dining area/lounge

• Master Bedroom with King size bed

• Wetroom bathroom with bath and walk in shower.

 

First Floor:

• Twin bedroom (can be zipped together on request). Ensuite with toilet, shower and wash basin. 

 

Facilities:

• Bathrooms have illuminated shaving mirrors and shaver point and bedrooms have a hairdryer.

• Lounge with Freeview Television. 

• Fully equipped Kitchen: double oven with grill and ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, coffee filter machine. Dining table and seating for 4.

• Washing machine and ironing facilities. 

• Egyptian cotton bed linen, bamboo cotton bathrobes and towels provided (not beach towels). 

• Ground source underfloor heating and woodburner. A complimentary crate of logs is supplied (more can be purchased locally). 

• Outside is an enclosed private gravelled courtyard with dining area overlooking the countryside.

• Non Smoking

• Dogs by arrangement at certain times of the year.
